Approvals in Wyndham

In Victoria demolishing a house is building work: it needs a building permit from a registered building surveyor, and for most demolitions the surveyor must first obtain Wyndham City Council's Report and Consent under the building regulations. A planning permit is also required where a heritage overlay or certain other overlays apply to the property.
